The contact owns a 2025 Ram ProMaster 3500. The contact stated that the passenger’s side sliding door failed to unlock, and the sliding door could to be opened from outside or inside the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not yet notified of the failure.
