Consumer Description
Vehicle wouldn’t go into gear June 2025 was towed due to service engine, abs braking error, service hybrid error. Messages were cleared and declared “no fix” wait for Stellantis update. 7/2025 vehicle service hybrid went on, vehicle lost acceleration when turning onto road. Brought back to jeep service indicated “no fix” Stellantis/jeep aware of issue. Customer states SERIVE HYBRID LIGHT TURNS ON AND THE VEHICLE IS LOSING POWER ON AND OFF VERIFIED CONCERN, CODE B273C-00, DOCUMENTATION FROM JEEP THIS ISSUE, IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH NO REPAIR AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO PARK THE VEHICLE INSIDE UNTIL A REPAIR CAN BE PERFORMED Warranty COURTESY VEHICLE INSPECTION Section: SEE ATTACHED KNOW YOUR VEHICLE REPORT FOR INSPECTION RESULTS Warranty Claim Type:
