The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the contact called two dealers, and was advised that the vehicle could not be repaired under the recall. The contact called several times and was advised that the dealers could not service the vehicle yet. The contact had not experienced a failure. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and advised the contact that the vehicle could be taken to any dealer for the recall repair. The contact had not yet called a dealer to schedule an appointment. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
