Consumer Description

Car is an Electric Vehicle. 3 times now, it has been unable to start (bricking) and requires towing to the nearest dealer. When attempting to start the vehicle, it flashes warnings about pulling over immediately and that the electrical system must be shut down. Should this occur while in motion, the brakes will immediately lock and present a hazard to nearby motorists and the driver. This is the 3rd time this issue has occurred, and dealers are unsure of what the fix could be. Numerous warning lights flashed across the screen each time the car would not turn on. Including but not limited to: Warning Illumination Unavailable. Service Required. Service Electric Vehicle System Stop Safely. Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon SOS Call Unavailable. Please visit an authorized dealer.
