The contact received notification from the OnStar App regarding NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue and informed the contact that the vehicle could not be repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and stated that no assistance would be provided until an authorization letter was sent to the contact for the recall repair to be performed.
