NHTSA Complaint #11672880 — 2014 FORD F-150

Ford supposedly repaired my truck via recall 24S37 on June 6 2025. However, while driving at approx 65 mph 2 days later, my truck downshifted again to first gear. This went on for another 2 weeks until I took it back to Crossroads Ford in Henderson NC again and they notated that I have a code P1500 AND CODE p0722 WHICH IS A LEAD FRAME IN TRANSMISSION ISSUE but they did not repair it..AGAIN. It is currently at the same dealership and they called me from Dearborn MI to inform me that I am not covered. It is a 2014 with 308,000 miles. I am relegated to driving 30 mph if I am to drive it as shifting down is unsafe. The issue is that it is a Ford defect even if I am at 308k and they refuse to rectify my issue so that my family can ride safely. SUMMARY FROM CROSSROADS FORD IN HENDERSON READS OSS SENSOR CIRCUIT FAULT CODE P0722, P1500...POSSIBLE LEAS FRAME TRANSMISSION.....I AM FULLY AWARE A RECALL REPAIR CARRIES WITH IT AT LEAST A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
