The contact stated that while operating the vehicle and attempting to close the front passenger side window or the front driver's side window, the windows raised up but failed to remain closed. The contact stated that the windows immediately rolled back down independently. The cause of the failure was not yet determined, and the vehicle was not repaired. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided.
