Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that upon entering the vehicle and closing the door, the driver's side rear quarter panel window separated from the vehicle and fell on the ground. A Safelite mobile technician replaced the driver's side rear quarter panel window at the residence. The vehicle was repaired. The dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not under recall for the failure. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000. The VIN was not available.
