Consumer Description

Me and my wife was going 45 mph down the road and it downshift to 1s 2nd gear out the blue almost causing a driver to almost rear end us scared us to death so we pulled over when we could, no lights on dash nothing once we stopped it will be good for awhile then happen again. The dealer said he took it to the Ford dealership he couldn't have cause it's still do say he couldn't recreate what is was doing, but the dealer drove it and it did it to him.
