The contact stated that after receiving an oil change at an independent mechanic, the controls on the left side of the steering wheel used to enable the crash warning settings was depressed but failed to work as intended. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 14,304.
