Consumer Description

I am reporting a serious safety failure involving my 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid (VIN: [XXX] ), tied to Recall R21B4 / NHTSA 21V-774. Although the recall was marked complete before I bought the car in 2022, the defect — sudden loss of power — occurred again while I was driving at highway speeds. Infiniti is refusing to assist due to age/mileage, despite clear evidence the recall fix was ineffective or incomplete. Diagnostic codes confirm hybrid system failure (P0A08, C1A1A, C1130). I am requesting a full investigation into Infiniti’s handling of this recall and a resolution for my unsafe vehicle.
