The contact owns a 2016 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while reversing, the rear camera image was intermittently black or distorted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer while it was under warranty; however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and the contact was charged a diagnostic test fee. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
