NHTSA Complaint #11664833 — 2024 AUDI Q4 E-TRON

The contact leased a 2024 Audi Q4 E-Tron. The contact stated after the dealer had delivered the brand-new vehicle to the contact, the contact became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V125000 (Electrical System); prior to the lease agreement; however, the dealer failed to disclose the recall information to the contact, and the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle had failed to charge. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the failure could be related to the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 150. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
