Consumer Description

My 2019 F150 started having a loud rattling noise coming from the motor. I took my truck to the Sam Galloway Ford dealership and it was determined that the cam phasers needed to be replaced however they would not cover this cost since my VIN was not listed on the recall sheet. My vehicle was manufactured in Kansas during the time period and has the 3.5 liter motor and according to the recall letter my vehicle should be included in this recall.
