The contact owns a 2022 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated while driving on the highway at 60 MPH, the vehicle started to hesitate, and the vehicle experienced a reduced power. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the crankshaft was faulty and needed to be replaced.
