The contact stated that his wife was able to slow the vehicle and exit the highway and drove the vehicle back to the residence. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer who diagnosed the vehicle and confirmed that the failure was with the rear shock absorbers, and was related to the NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V025000 (Suspension) recall.
