Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2023 Volkswagen ID.4. The contact stated that when the battery was charged to 80%, the vehicle could only be driven for less than 150 miles instead of the 270-275 miles as expected. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was not able to diagnose a cause of failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 16,570.
