Consumer Description
Purchased a brand new 2024 Blazer on [XXX] - 11 miles on the vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, TX. Transmission failed at 1150 miles in Galveston, TX on [XXX]. According to the Galveston Dealership an extensive transmission repair was performed on the vehicle at 6 miles. According to the GM rep I spoke with, that maintenance was performed as a Service Bulletin Recall. Car was transported to Dallas by GM. Parts are on back order. No ETA for resolution.
