Consumer Description

We were exiting a parking garage when the car suddenly slammed the brakes on in the path of traffic and lost all electrical power. We could not get the car to turn back on or even get it in neutral to move it out of the path of traffic. Our [XXX] old got locked in the car because the car had zero electric power and someone helped us figure out how to unlock the car with the physical key. We were stuck for four hours because no one could figure out how to get the car out of the garage. If this had happened going at a high speed this could have caused a deadly crash, and it happened without any warning.
