Consumer Description

while installing new shocks my mechanic saw that the frame is rusted to the point of being unsafe to drive, some of the connections of the truck bed and cab we so rusted they were disconnected. there were holes 1-2" in diameter in the main frame. took the truck to local dealer which inspected it ask said the frame needed to be changed, when I asked if the truck was safe to drive the service rep did not want to answer the question, only said "frame has to be changed" I left the truck there as I did not want to sign any release of liability as felt unsafe driving the truck. I am first owner, bought the truck brand new and always maintained it and took good care of it.
