Safety Issue 2: Dashboard Delamination & Toxic Fumes Description: Dashboard surface peeling, strong chemical odor in cabin. Risk: Toxic off-gassing causes headaches/nausea; peeling material obstructs visibility. Pattern Failure: Widespread reports for this model/year—faulty adhesive is to blame. Manufacturer Negligence: Chrysler and dealerships are aware but refuse responsibility, blaming "wear and tear." Exhaust leaks and toxic interiors are unacceptable safety hazards—yet no recall exists.
