Consumer Description

The 2016 through 2024 Chevy Trax all have an issue with the climate control fan resistor. It burns out on a regular basis. Very dangerous because as you can see in the pictures it got very hot. It's a bad design, the heat sink is not adequate to hold the voltage and or the motor is too small or bomdined. It's a serious issue that almost every Chevy Trax owner is experiencing. Please we really need your help to investigate this. My daughters drives this car and I need it to be safe. We only owned the car a month before this happened and someone already changed the fan motor and resistor before we got it.
