Consumer Description

I own a 2013 Elantra Hyundai. I have owned the car since 2019. A few days ago, I was unable to open my trunk with the electronic key. I had my battery replaced at a dealership. My trunk still wont open. I checked Google website. Consumer Report reported a recall in March 2024 for latch to be replaced. Am asking that the recall be honored. Please advise. My email is: [XXX] .
