NHTSA Complaint #11649769 — 2019 RAM 1500

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while inspecting the vehicle after a snowstorm, the contact became aware that a large pool of water had seeped into the vehicle from the rear doors. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where the vehicle was inspected; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The VIN was not under recall, and the contact was informed that there was no fix for the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 36,803.
