NHTSA Complaint #11648578 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

1) Since the day that I took delivery on 1/18/24, I have not had any audio- media, phone and safety warnings. This is extremely dangerous as I have no auditory warnings for any of the safety systems. I have never been able to listen to any entertainment through the speakers nor can I make a phone call, hands-free. If I have to make or take a call, I have to use Airpods- illegal while driving- or use the phone speaker, which is difficult to hear at higher speeds. In addition, 2) according to the warning lights on the dash, many of the safety systems are often inoperable. 3) Brakes sometimes fail, causing the car to continue forward after the pedal is depressed. It's extremely dangerous and very scary when it happens. 4) There is often a warning light that the 12-volt battery is low. 5) Overhead cabin lights come on while driving and make it difficult to drive when it is dark outside. 6) HVAC vents are broken/inoperable. 7) Rear mudflaps tore and are hanging.
