NHTSA Complaint #11678928 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

In May of 2025 we received this email. We have written them 10 times with recall info and also in need of service. We have never received a response. We would love to get the car looked at and fixed, but no one has been able to help us. Our first 6 months with the vehicle, the key Fob stopped working multiple times and I had to get someone to pick up my kids, as I was stranded. As for the brakes, they shoot us forward every now and again when pressed. It is very scary.
