The check engine and the oil warning lights illuminated with an audible clicking sound. The contact's daughter merged to the side of the road. The contact then towed the vehicle to the residence. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed with engine oil pump failure. The contact was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
