Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Mustang. The contact was made aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V802000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). The vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall repair. The contact stated that while at the dealer, the dealer informed the contact that the remedy had made the vehicle disabled. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000.
