The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the vehicle was exhibiting symptoms of the recall. The contact stated that suspension was very soft, and the vehicle was bouncing while driving over a dip in the roadway while driving at various speeds. The contact stated that the vehicle was swaying to the right and the left and was making abnormal squeaking sounds in the rear of the vehicle. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact the NHTSA Hotline for assistance.
