Consumer Description

Truck has 85K miles on it and has a loud ticking noise followed by rattle at 1500 rpms even after timing system was rebuilt. Burnes 1qt of oil every 1000 miles. Entire timing system needed to be replaced due to two faulty chain tensioners. Engine was super clean and had zero oil sludge buildup. Currently having a oil consumption test done. Do have repair order that was done for timing system. No warning lights for failed timing system that popped up. I am able to get the repair invoice if needed.
