Consumer Description
Complete engine failure confirmed by GMC dealership service technicians. Incident Details: On [XXX] while driving at approximately 45-50 mph on [XXX] , my vehicle suffered a complete engine failure without warning. This resulted in sudden loss of power, inability to accelerate, no warning lights, near-accident, and the need to pull over in unsafe conditions. This failure placed me and my son, as well as others on the road at risk of serious harm and has left me with no confidence in this vehicle’s long-term safety and reliability—even with an engine replacement.
