Consumer Description
The contact owned a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle stopped unexpectedly with several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was shifted into park and restarted. The contact was able to continue driving. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to determine the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was previously taken to the same dealer for a routine oil change and recall. The contact traded the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000.
