NHTSA Complaint #11640719 — 2023 FORD MAVERICK

First time i noticed an issue was [XXX] felt vibration and took to Freeport Ford, Freeport, IL 61030. They took for a test drive and noticed nothing. I returned to Freeport Ford on 01/30/25 for the same issue, violent shaking when accelerating worse on an incline..They told me it was tires and that the 2 fronts had to be replaced 4/32 tread at this point they placed the 2 good rear tires on the front which didn't change a thing, I ordered 2 new tires, and on 01/31/25 took to a Chevrolet dealer in Freeport (friend of mine), they diagnosed that i had 2 faulty CV axles, i let Freeport Ford know of this diagnosis. New tires were installed 02/04/25 on the rear, still didn't change a thing, i told them I had checked the Maverick Forums and found out several complaints about faulty CV axles prematurely failing, at this point they stated they have ordered me a new set of axles, and let me drive out of the dealership on those faulty axles..Now playing the waiting game to see if axles come in first or if a catastrophic axles failure occurs first. Definitely not happy with Ford at this point and believe this needs to be a recall at this time due to all the complaints.
