The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V025000 (Suspension); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the vehicle was bouncing while driving. The contact stated that the failure was more pronounced while driving over potholes or on uneven pavement. The dealer was contacted. The manufacturer was made not aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 14,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
