NHTSA Complaint #11639107 — 2023 FISKER OCEAN

Good afternoon, I am filing another complaint per Jayson Winick's recommendation. Fisker had a number of recalls. When I tried to contact Fisker upon first receiving the notices, the company's e-mail and phone numbers became disconnected. Now, the company is bankrupt and there is no one at Fisker to fulfill the recalls that need to be completed on my vehicle. I'm most concerned about the recalls pertaining cooling units, braking issues and exterior door handles. I continue to face dangerous issues that remain unresolved. My A/C only works sporadically, especially dangerous with kids in the vehicle when it is hot. The brakes continue to give out and the vehicle lurches forward when braking when encountering uneven roads. And sometimes the exterior door handle seem to jam resulting in the door not being able to open. Currently, the Fisker Owners Association is running the show, but will not provide information on resolving recalls to non-paying members. How do I go about getting these recalls resolved? Thank you!
