The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving at approximately 10 MPH, the vehicle unexpectedly upshifted and downshifted. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The failure had occurred on several occasions. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was unknown. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
