Over the past year or two, I have contacted both the Libertyville and Palatine, Illinois dealerships numerous times for updates, but I have not received any meaningful responses or resolutions. Despite my repeated requests for repairs, I have been informed that the repairs cannot be made due to a national shortage. As a parent of two infants, I find the issues with the disappearing display and malfunctioning locks to be extremely dangerous. These safety concerns pose a significant risk to my family, and I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a timely solution. I would greatly appreciate any updates on the availability of the necessary parts and an expedited repair process
