The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was restarted after a while. The vehicle was taken to Holcombe Automotive, where it was determined that one of the cylinder heads needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle could not be repaired under TSB Number: D-14-12 because the TSB had expired.
