The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at night, the low beam headlights failed to properly illuminate and the headlights were extremely dim, creating a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact stated that upon inspection, the contact discovered that the inside of the plastic headlight covers had several abrasions and cracks. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
