Consumer Description

My truck only have 72000 miles and I’m experiencing transmission failure the transmission get stuck on shifting and I just took it to the mechanic and he’s asking for parts including the whole transmission and is on back order usually because I’m not the only one with the same problem Ford already know about the potential problem for 2011 and 2014 and they extend the warranty on this trucks but they use the same transmission for the 2015 and 2016 now I’m out of the blue with cost of more than $5000 to repair it , it should be investigated for sure it’s not fare for us as the owners to pay out of our pockets
