NHTSA Complaint #11628879 — 2019 RAM 1500

The contact owns a 2019 RAM 1500. The contact stated while driving at 20 MPH, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The contact also mentioned that the key fob failed to unlock or lock the driver and passenger side doors. The vehicle was not taken to an independent mechanic or dealer for diagnosis or repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact was relating the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V653000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC, ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC)) however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 74,977.
