The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact stated several warning lights illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that the steering wheel failed to function as intended. The contact stated that the steering wheel was firm, and the vehicle was difficult to steer. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with ABS failure. The contact was informed that the ABS needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 69,000.
