The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the instrument panel went dark and became inoperable. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
