NHTSA Complaint #11626714 — 2020 ACURA RDX

The contact owns a 2020 Acura RDX. The contact stated while entering the vehicle, the contact became aware that there was glass on the rear seat of the vehicle. The contact stated that the rear windshield had shattered without impact. A Police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact related the failure to TSB: 22-014 (Rear Windshield Glass Shattering); however, the vehicle was not included in the TSB. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,048.
