Consumer Description
Multiple safety features are failing on this 2021 Honda Pilot. At startup, I get the following errors: Collision Mitigation System Problem, Road Departure Mitigation System Problem, Adaptive Cruise Control Problem, Lane Keeping Assist Problem. Dealership says the camera inside the vehicle needs to be replaced and it will cost $1,800. It looks like many people with similar models are encountering this problem with very young vehicles.
