Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while attempting to use the driver’s side seat belt, the seat belt failed to retract or work as intended. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the seat belt assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
