Consumer Description

Made an appointment after notification of recall 21V-215 with Roper Honda in Joplin, Missouri to have the part listed in the recall replaced. Was told part was not available, but as soon as it became available I would be contacted. It has been two years. When receiving regular maintenance for the vehicle earlier this year (2024), I again asked about the availability of the recalled part. I was told that I would receive a letter this fall regarding when to bring my vehicle in to have the recalled part replaced. I have not, as of November 7, 2024, received said letter.
