The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated that upon exiting the vehicle and attempting to lock the doors using the door lock buttons on the driver’s side panel, the doors failed to lock. The contact stated that the failure was occasional. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
