The contact was informed that several repairs needed to be completed prior to the recall repair being performed. The contact stated that the suggested repairs were completed; however, the contact was informed that the recall repair could not be completed. The contact stated that no explanation was provided. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but provided no assistance.
