The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed and driving over a pothole or an object on the roadway, with the brake pedal depressed, the vehicle experienced independent acceleration. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to unlock all doors while the vehicle was occupied, and the contact was trapped inside of the vehicle for several minutes. No warning lights were illuminated. The failures occurred on several occasions. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V623000 (Service Brakes, Electric). The contact attempted to contact Fisker Customer Service; however, the contact received no response. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was driven back to the residence. The contact stated that there were no local Fisker dealers nearby. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,300.
